June Glennie M.B.B.O trained at the Orme School of Dance in Coventry and was taught by Olive Meacham. She also attended many coaching lessons in London under the tutorship of the Espinosa's.

Her training was with the British Ballet Organization, which is registered with the Governments Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA).

She first started teaching dance in Covenrty at Stoke Lodge, which was also her old day school. At the same time June had also built up her own

dance school of one hundred pupils, before passing it on to June Pughe (Allesley School of Dance).

After having a family, in 1970 she resumed teaching and founded the 'June Glennie School of Dance' in Beccles.

Ten years later she opened the Lowestoft branch and has been teaching at both ever since.

In 2006 June was awarded a prestigious Fellowship of the B.B.O, the Director of the B.B.O spoke glowingly about June and her contibutions to dance.
